Stone Facings
Do you have all the types of rock coverings available on stock?
There is probably no manufacturer or retailer of rock covering materials, who is able to maintain in stock all types and subtypes of materials. What we have as a goal and maintain in stock is permanent quantities (20000m2) of natural rock – marble, granite, lime and others. These main types of rock covering materials are constantly available.
If I want to buy a type of material you do not have in stock, can you supply it?
Yes. You just need to contact us and discuss the details of the supply.
Do you manufacture unconventional products according to an assignment by the customer?
Yes. In case you have a design or a detailed idea of the product in question, you should appoint a meeting with one of our representatives for a preliminary consultation. In case you have just a vague idea of what you would like to have, we offer to help you with ideas and designs.
If I am not from Varna or Sofia, how can I use your services?
We implement projects on the territory of the whole country. You just need to contact us for arranging the specific details. This can be done by phone or e-mail. Of course, if it is possible for you, it is best to visit us in our offices. After we specify the details, we are responsible for sending a team for inspection and installation.
How do you provide the installation if I am not from Varna or Sofia?
We have the necessary transport and a team of installers, which we send on a trip on the territory of the whole country. We just need to specify a date and a time, according to your convenience and our schedule.
Do you prepare preliminary designs on the products selected by me?
Yes. Please, have in mind that the designs are paid and the price varies. If you choose us as a contractor after we prepare the design, we will deduct the price for the design from the total cost. In this way the development of the design is free of charge.
Do you send a team for a preliminary inspection?
Yes, according to the following order:
- Мeeting one of our representatives or intensive communication via phone or e-mail
- Preliminary offer with an approximate price
- If you are satisfied with the price, we will send a team for inspection and to specify the details.
Processing
The main production activity is concentrated in Varna. We have machines from the most reputable European manufacturers and a team of qualified professionals in order to ensure the high-quality manufacturing of the products. We also have at our disposal the most modern chain line for edging processing (rounding, chamfers, etc.) in Bulgaria.
Supply
We have our own transport, which allows us to guarantee the supply of our products on the territory of the country. The park consists of:
- 5-ton truck IVEKO with a falling board
- 6 mini-buses
Installation
Our mobile team of installers completes the manufacturing cycle of your order. Taking into account that the installation process is the last step in the implementation of the project, we send our staff in order to guarantee you the necessary quality.
As a reference to our serious intentions and positions in the area of production of rock materials we passed a certification under the international quality management standard ISO 9001-2008. We are also members of the Quarrymen Association in Bulgaria.
