Mission

We are trying to make every client of ours our friend. We feel responsible for these – to provide cosiness, warmth and beauty for your home and administrative building. And not only these, we are trying to make it last in time.

The short-term goals, which we have set, are for the company to prove itself as the leader on the national market of fireboxes and solutions for stone facings and pavements. Our future ambitions include certification under the international quality standards – ISO and gaining a position in the international market. We believe that we will succeed…

History

The original name under which the company appeared on the regional market (in 1996) was “Mantsa”. “Mantsa” started its business activity by making stone facings and pavements. Later, the company added to its business activity the import and installation of fireplaces. For 5 years the company was a distributor of the French companies, manufacturing cast-iron fireplaces and accessories, “CHEMINEES PHILIPPE CUISINES BAINS” and “Godin”.

• In 1997 the company opened its own production shop for working of stone facings and pavements.
• In 1999 “Mantsa” opened a store selling fireplaces.
• In 2001 the owners of “Mantsa” registered the new company “Marmodom”. It succeeded the business activities of “Mantsa”.
• In 2004 Marmodom became the exclusive representative of the French Fonte Flamme – a firm with proven traditions in the manufacture of cast-iron fireboxes for mantlepieces.

In its capacity of a direct supplier, Marmodom provides for its customers super quality, flexible purchase conditions, quick delivery, guarantee and maintenance.

Marmodom has specialized in two directions:

If the client is interested in or makes an inquiry, one of our specialists visits the site where the fireplace or the stone facing will be installed . What follows is a consultation, measuring dimensions and planning the place, type and term of implementation.

Our specialists will advise you where it will be most appropriate to place the fireplace, they help the client to choose the model and clarify additional aspects such as facings, accessories, etc.

Marmodom has modern measuring equipment – a digital protractor, laser measuring tapes, devices for measuring the drought of the chimney, etc. Upon a special request, a 3-D visualisation of the design can be made.

Marmodom has available in stock all models of fireplaces, as well as ready-made /preliminary prepared / stone facing modules for the traditional and most often bought models. This allows exceptionally short terms for implementing the stone facings.

What is more, if the client has chosen a standard type of stone facings, they can see what the facing selected will look like at the very moment the order is made.

The fireplaces Fonte Flamme, which Marmodom offers, have a 5-year guarantee. Marmodom provides 1-year guarantee for all types of stone facings. During the warranty term the company removes all faults which may occur. After the term of guarantee expires, Marmodom provides maintenance too.

The company has available in stock a range of various stone facing materials. In this way Marmodom can offer a wide choice to its clients.

The facings are manufactured and prepared for installation in the factory which has the needed equipment and qualified staff. The installation of the stone facings is done by a team of skilled workers, using the required equipment.

Marmodom employs 40 full-time employees, qualified for the following activities:

• cutting;
• processing;
• installation;
• commercial – administrative service.

Marmodom has highly qualified staff for all the lines of business it does. “The Commercial Department” is responsible for the timely deliveries, both from the suppliers and to the clients of the company. Each customer receives free professional advice, as well as a demonstration of the real product at their request.

“The Production Department” manufactures the stone facings, observing the standards for high quality, approved by the company.

The “Installation Department” provides precise preliminary measuring, specifies the exact place of installation and installs the articles after they are manufactured and delivered.

The management of the company coordinates all these activities, maintains good motivation and the spirit of fellowship among the staff, and provides guidance and supervision:

Facilities

Administrative Building & Showroom

The showroom is located on an area of 100 m2 in the administrative building. It is designed entirely for commercial purposes. The management and administration of the company are located in the administrative office. The contacts with the company customers and partners are carried out there. You can order a fireplace and/or rock tiling in each company department.

Factory

The factory’s main function is to carry out processing of the rock coverings and tilings. It is located at a distance of 9 km from the city center of Varna and spreads on an area of about 3500 m2, of which 600m2 are built-up area. The factory is equipped with modern machines for cutting and secondary processing of the rock massifs.

Warehouse

The warehouse maintains from 3000 to 5000 m2 of rock materials on average, as well as all types of fireplaces, accessories and supplies necessary for their installation.
